Craftwell is a custom manufacturer. When doing quotations for individual products or complete projects it takes time. It can take our estimators a few hours or days and sometimes weeks to complete all of the details for a complete and accurate estimate. We have to rely on our sub vendors and shippers for a great deal of information. Since the Covid pandemic arrived we are now experiencing shortages in raw materials and logistical delays. Many products and raw materials that are sourced from China are scarce due to labour shortages and rolling power black outs. Also, our current container and air shipping costs have increased 20 fold since 2018. Please understand it is important particularly now to order materials early.
We can do much better in pricing for our clients when we are given plenty of time for deliveries.
